MA Video Content (Salford University)

As part of my time studying a Masters in Digital Video Production & Marketing, I have tackled many live briefs from clients of global brands.

 

Here is two that I solely directed/produced as well as another three which I helped my classmates produce as part of their portfolio.

1. World Theatre Day - HOME Manchester

This is an ad for HOME Manchester celebrating World Theatre Day 2021. The theme of the ad is to excite theatre goers with the reopening of the industry post-covid, with a transition from a empty theatre, to one full of life.

2. Because it just looks right - Coors Light

This is an ad shot for Coors Light as part or a D&AD brief. The key takeaway I wanted there audience to feel from watching this ad was that it's normal to sit down and recharge with a Coors Light in your own home.

1. Northern Roots - Cynthia Stone (editing)

This is a Northern Roots that I edited together. Cynthia was to add the soundtrack herself but could the full piece was not completed by the time I was due to submit as she had an extended time.  So this is all the work I did, sourcing some of the footage as well as create the graphics and sound effects.

2. Duolingo Advert - Charlotte May (sound)

In this production, I sourced the upbeat yet chilled Play-Doh meets Dora soundtrack. This advert is also not fully complete as Charlotte had an extended deadline. That is the reasoning for the blank screen for the last few seconds.

3. Northern Roots - Victor Goras (sound)

I also sourced the soundtrack for this Northern Roots piece for Victor. Storytelling by Dreamplay. This piece is the completed version.
